A drawing I did tonight of the late Johnny Warren (seeing we have been watching so much football of late) from an old b/w photo of him. You can't think of Les Murray without also thinking of Warren. Both men championed the game in Oz despite resistance, indifference and the label of 'Shielas, Wogs and Poofers' which was the title of Johnny's book that he signed for me. It was the last time I saw him alive. Vale.
